Shipping Overview
We ship yarn, tools, and physical pattern products from Switzerland. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Processing Time
- Most orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days.
- During launches and seasonal peaks, processing may take longer.
- If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you with options.
Delivery Times
- Switzerland: usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: usually 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- International: usually 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary by carrier, customs, and local conditions.
Shipping Fees & Customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities or carriers.
Returns (Physical Products)
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- To start a return, contact us before sending anything back.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong or faulty item.
Digital Patterns
Digital pattern files are non-refundable once the download has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
